This policy explains what Braincuber Technologies Pvt Ltd (“we”) collects when you use How They Use AI, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Contact us at info@braincuber.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the mailing list or create an account.
• A hashed password — we never store the password itself and cannot read it.
• Subscription status, plan and renewal date, so we know what you have access to.
• A payment processor reference. We do not receive or store card numbers.
• Basic server logs, including IP address and request time, kept for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

To deliver the newsletter you asked for, to give you access to the content you have paid for, to take payment, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who processes it

We use service providers who process data on our behalf: our hosting and database provider, and our payment processor, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record and handles checkout and tax. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Cookies

We set one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is essential to the service and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

How long we keep it

Account and subscription records are kept while your account exists and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. Mailing-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a short period only.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and personal data. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link. Write to info@braincuber.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deletion does not extend to records we must retain by law, such as invoices.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed. Access to the administrative system is restricted to editorial staff.
