Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of How They Use AI (“the Service”), operated by Braincuber Technologies Pvt Ltd, 417, Ambika Pinnacle, beside Lajamni Chowk,, Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 394101, India. By using the Service or subscribing, you agree to them.

The service

How They Use AI publishes documented accounts of how organisations deploy AI. Some material is free; the rest requires a paid subscription. We may change what we publish, and how often, at any time.

Accounts

You need an account to subscribe. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@braincuber.com if you believe it has been compromised. One account is for one person, except under a Team plan, where the number of permitted users is stated on the plan.

Subscriptions, billing and renewal

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; access continues until then.
• We may change prices. Existing subscribers will be told before a change applies to their renewal.
• Taxes are charged where applicable and shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller for those orders. Your contract for the purchase is with Paddle.com Market Ltd; their terms also apply to the transaction.

What you may and may not do

Paid content is licensed to you for your own use and your organisation's internal use. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish articles in full, resell access, or share account credentials outside the seats your plan covers.

Editorial independence and accuracy

We publish figures companies have confirmed, and we correct errors at the top of the piece, dated. Nothing we publish is investment, legal or professional advice, and it should not be relied on as the sole basis for a business decision.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will refund any unused paid period where the breach was not deliberate.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have jurisdiction.
